Basement Fire Easter Sunday
Sunday, April 5th, 2015
Shortly before 11:30 am on April 5th 2015 (Easter Sunday) a fire was reported in the basement on North 5th Street. 3052 was first on scene, he reported back to Northampton County Control Center that there was a confirmed working fire. Upon arrival Firefighters entered the basement & contained the fire before it could spread. The occupants made it out of the building prior to our arrival.

At approximately 8:05 am on the morning of March 14th, 2022, the Bangor Fire Department was dispatched with Washington Township Fire Company for a full involved commercial structure fire at the 512 Plaza Strip Mall.The fire destroyed the entire strip mall.

In the early morning hours of January 29th, 2022, the Bangor Fire Department was dispatched with Columbia Fire Company for a High Occupancy Structure Fire in Roseto Pa. Northampton County 911 center indicated nine (9) apartments total in the building.

On Tuesday March 30th, 2021 at approximately 10:43 am the Bangor Fire Department with Roseto Fire Company was dispatched to a work garage fire on Lincoln Avenue in Roseto. Per police on scene, smoke coming from the second floor.

At about 1:15 pm on Friday May 13th, 2020, the Bangor Fire Department was dispatched to a reported house fire at 25 South 3rd Street in Bangor. Firefighters arriving on scene reported smoke coming from the second & third floors of the home.

At about 11:00 pm on Friday November 1st, 2019, the Bangor Fire Department was dispatched to a reported house fire at 715 S. Main Street in Bangor. Firefighters arriving on scene reported heavy flames coming from the rear on the home.

On Sunday July 14th around 3:40 pm a call came in for a grill fire on North Main Street. Members responding to the station could see black smoke coming from the area. The assistant chief on scene confirmed working fire in the rear of the home.

On the evening of March 9th 2015 a call came in for a garage fire on 2nd Street in Bangor. The fire was contained to one side of the garage, while the other side only suffered smoke and water damage. The fire was placed under control within 45 minutes.

A call was received at approximately 6:30 pm on February 6, 2015 for a car fire on Broadway and First Street (Route 191). Mike Pinto a member of Liberty Fire Co. #2 was at the Broadway Pub at the time of incident.

On December 31st 2014 at approximately 4:30am a call came in for structure fire with fire on the third & second floor at 26-28 Market Street. Within less then a min the control center stated with possible entrapment.
