$25 per calendar with only 1000 being sold. $25 daily winner, $50 Saturdays, higher holiday payout. Winning numbers determined by that evening's Pick 3 #'s.

On Sunday June 23rd 2024, we celebrated the life of our brother, our friend, John "Packy" Roberts. Packy served the Bangor Borough and surrounding communities for 43 years and held the position of treasurer for 40 years. We are forever grateful for his service, dedication and friendship. May he rest in peace.
It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Firefighter Jeff Pritchard. Jeff made his last call on Sunday November 19th, 2023, when he was laid to rest.
Jeff passed away Tuesday November 14th, 2023, at his residence. Jeff was a member of Liberty Fire Company, Bangor Fire Department for 50 years. He was just honored a few weeks ago for his years of service at Liberty Fire Company’s banquet.
Jeff Pritchard joined Liberty Fire Company in 1973 at the age of 18, the first member to join at that age. Jeff over the years has held multiple positions including Captain, Lieutenant, Assistant Chief, Safety Officer, President & Relief Delegate. Liberty Fire Company was honored to have a dedicated member like Jeff Pritchard in our department.
The Company & Department will miss his generosity, loyalty, wisdom & dedication to his community.
Obituary:
Jeffrey D. Pritchard, 71, of Bangor, PA, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, November 14th, at his residence.
Jeffrey was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on October 23, 1952, a son of the late David R. "Dakey" and Bridella (Weidner) Pritchard. He was the husband of Tammy (Rogers) Pritchard. Together, they celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary this past September.
Jeff was a 1970 graduate of Bangor High School, a 1975 graduate of East Stroudsburg University, and a graduate of the Allentown Police Academy. He was employed as a Police Officer at East Stroudsburg University, Police Dept. in East Stroudsburg, PA, until retiring in 2011. Prior to that, Jeff was a Police Officer for Bangor Borough for 10 years.
Jeff enjoyed hunting on the Poliskiewicz Estate, and the Oyer Farm and vacationing with his friends at Dewey Beach and Ocean City, NJ.
He was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church of the Slate Belt in Bangor, PA. Jeff was an active member for over 50 years with Liberty Fire Co. in Bangor and a social member of Columbia Fire Co. in Roseto.
In addition to his wife, Tammy, Jeff is survived by a sister, Gwendolyn A. Davis, in-laws Dave and Nancy Kaiser, two brothers in law Michael and Rob Kaiser, two nephews Chase and Austin, two nieces Makayla and Aleeyah, and his best companion Chance. He was predeceased by his nephew Gregory Davis.
Funeral services will be held at 5 PM on Sunday, November 19th at Christ Presbyterian Church of the Slate Belt, 332 Kennedy Dr., Bangor, PA. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 2 to 5 PM on Sunday, November 19th at the church. The burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Bangor, PA. Online condolences may be offered at gaffneyparsons.com
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Fire Co., 67 N. 8th Street, Bangor, PA 18013.
This past Saturday October 28th 2023 Liberty Fire Company #2 held their Banquet at Allegheny Creek Brewing Company in Mt. Bethel. The banquet allows the members & their significant others to come together and enjoy each other company & a delicious meal.
The banquet is also a time to honor the members for their years of service to Liberty Fire Company & the Bangor Fire Department. This year’s banquet was a momentous one, as we honored Jeff Pritchard with 50 years of service to the company.
Jeff joined in 1973 at the age of 18, the first member to join at that age. Jeff over the years has held multiple positions including Captain, Lieutenant, Assistant Chief, Safety Officer, President & Relief Delegate. Liberty Fire Company is honored to have a dedicated member like Jeff Pritchard in our department.
Liberty Fire Company also honored Donald Stumpp for his 15 years of service.
